We are currently hiring for the
Steel Production Associates in our Butler, IN plant. This is a direct hire opportunity with career growth potential and amazing benefits package.

As a
Steel Production Associate, you can expect to work the following schedule:

Second Shift: Monday thru Friday 2 pm
10 pm
Third Shift: Sunday thru Thursday 10 pm
6 am*
Steel Production Associate
Job Duties:
Reviews production schedule and work orders to determine next jobs to be processed on the banding line and the requirements of each job.
Identifies and reports any inaccuracies or problems detected in the schedule or work order.
Communicates with team members in a respectful and professional manner.
Inspects all product to ensure it meets or exceeds quality expectations and reports any defects/discrepancies.
Coordinates schedule/sequence of banding and packaging activities to maintain workflow to minimize bottlenecks and meet shipping requirements.
Maintain a safe work area and reports safety problems or unsafe conditions.
Maintains work area clear of debris and tripping hazards.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary to upgrade and maintain the safe, efficient operation of the plant.

Prior experience as a
Steel Production Associate is preferred.

$ $20.00 per hour
