- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all control systems and projects comply with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project efforts and achieve business goals.
- Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of technological advancements in electrical controls and HVAC technologies. Propose innovative projects and improvements to enhance product offerings.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs and modifications. Prepare reports on project status, research findings, and system performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in electrical control engineering, specifically in HVAC or related industries, is advantageous but not required for fresh graduates.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
- Understanding of sensor integration and data acquisition technologies.
