Full Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer with Medicaid expertise for a client project.

Responsibilities include reviewing and updating Medicaid policy documentation, creating a tool for case workers, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and update existing policy and technical documents.
  • Develop a policy and technical tool for case workers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business rules and requirements.
  • Build, review, and edit technical documents for clarity and consistency.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with teams.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Medicaid.

Preferred Experience:


  • Project Management
  • Technical writing experience
  • Experience with policy documents.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with data and analytics concepts
