Your Responsibilities:
- Customer service over the phone
- Conducting sales conversations over the phone
- Proactively approaching customers
- Creating offers
- Creating order confirmations
- Creating delivery notes and picking
- Tracking outbound logistics
- Creating sales invoices
- Processing complaints
- Handling selected customers / individual invoices and dunning in consultation with controlling
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in handling mediumterm project sales
- Several years of experience in inside sales
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Navision)
- Commitment and initiative to achieve goals
- Ability to selfmotivate and persevere
- Negotiation skills
- Teamwork
