This senior director will lead the development of global category management and sourcing processes for Bristol Myers Squibb. They will drive digital transformation and operational excellence across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Owns end-to-end process design governance compliance user-centric experience for all stakeholders
The leader defines implements standardization simplification automation of sourcing category management across regions benchmarks against best practices engages external partners ensures processes meet industry standards collaborates on cross-process initiatives such as intake contracting buying channels to ensure sourcing integrated into end-to-end procurement transformation.- The Sr Director leads selection deployment optimization of digital sourcing platforms tools oversees integration of sourcing systems with intake contracting downstream procurement platforms partners IT vendors ensuring seamless connectivity data integrity system performance champions automation digital workflows enhancing process outcomes monitors tracks analyzes reports on performance metrics driving accountability continuous improvement governs establishes decision rights accountabilities establishing clear frameworks monitoring risks implementing mitigation plans fosters cross-functional ecosystem collaboration engaging stakeholders business units functions geographies facilitating forums alignment decision-making best practice sharing partnering Legal Finance Operations ensuring integration compliance actively participates in industry forums conferences networks identifying emerging trends technologies practices proactively seeks introduces innovative solutions maintaining organization forefront category strategy excellence provides stakeholder engagement change management training programs measuring improving UX satisfaction.">
