Senior Manager, Business Process Owner - New Brunswick

Job summary
The Senior Manager, Business Process Owner (BPO) will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of an internal legal matter management system as part of a broader digital transformation within the Global Legal organization.This role combines business process ownership, project and change management, service management,
and technology implementation to improve matter intake,
trigae,
and legal service delivery on a global scale.
