We are excited for new Team Members to join our teamOpened Positions:
- Yard / Warehouse Runner
Responsibilities:
- Completes the loading of materials and equipment needed on company trucks in a timely manner.
- Count, weigh, scan, barcode, and record number of units of materials moved or handled.
- Deliver/ pick up material, equipment, and tools in company vehicle as directed.
- Receiving, stocking of warehouse, fill store orders, and other duties as assigned.
- Read schedule to determine the materials, equipment, and tools that need to be loaded/unloaded on trucks, scan/transfers materials and equipment with the Hilti system.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment by hand or using forklift when necessary.
- Follow safety procedures when loading, unloading, or transporting materials.
- Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage while in transit, using hand tools.
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Operates forklift efficiently in the warehouse for material management.
- Help to organize tools, materials, and equipment as directed.
- Receives goods delivered to the warehouse. Ensure goods match purchase order or invoice and reports any defects or damages.
- Shovels loose materials, like sand, gravel, metals, or chemicals, into containers, wheelbarrows, etc.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Receive, identify, mark and place materials/tools sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles; utilize a variety of hand tools as required; arrange for maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as needed.
- Work as a team to complete daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in construction preferred (procedures, materials, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
- Experience in construction preferred
- Ability to communicate with others orally and written and being able to convey information effectively.
- Install strapping, bracing, and padding.
- Good Judgement and Decision Making.
- Report appropriate stock levels to supervisor.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
- General mathematical skills Add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly and accurately.
- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in concrete forming and maintenance.
- Time management abilities

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
