- Oversee all financial activities, including AP/ AR, payroll, and financial reporting
- Maintain the framework of the chart of accounts
- Input journal entries into the system
- Perform daily reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Ensure all bookkeeping processes comply with GAAP and meet deadlines for purchasing/inventory, accounts/notes receivable, accounts/notes payable, and payroll payments, filings, and reports
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, with expertise in QuickBooks Online
- Thorough knowledge of chart of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and all standard bookkeeping processes (GAAP Compliance)
- Demonstrate consistent follow-through with deadlines and project completion
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Must be methodical, careful, and persistent about doing work correctly the first time
- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Must be in the office full-time
