Are you interested in the tasks of merchants and feel comfortable in an office environment? Then apply for the training as a merchant for office management.

During your training, you will gain insights into the following areas:
personnel management, procurement, marketing and sales, as well as production and warehouse management.

Your tasks will include, for example, creating, checking and settling invoices, organizing appointments and events, as well as recording working hours of employees.

In addition, you will maintain contact with business partners both domestically and internationally. Together with one of our partner companies, we offer you a successful start into your professional life.


What you bring:

  • A secondary school diploma or high school diploma
  • Interest in secretarial tasks and administrative work
  • Team and communication skills

Your tasks:

  • Supporting specialists and managers by taking on assistant tasks such as processing business trips, scheduling appointments, or organizing meetings
  • Administrative work in various departments of merchants: personnel management, procurement, marketing and sales, as well as production and warehouse management
  • Maintaining contact and correspondence with various business partners using modern communication techniques

What to expect:

  • A training period of 3 years, with 2 1/2 years for those with a high school diploma
  • Possible shortening of the training period with excellent performance
  • Training in the human resources department, marketing, accounting, and further education department at Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH in Berlin
  • A final exam before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
