Objectives of this role:

  • Drive strategies and longterm vision of the TimberBase platform to build a bestinclass digital experience
  • Work with management team to craft a short
- and long-term product vision and convert it to an executable strategy

  • Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for new features and functionalities
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with internal teams throughout the process
  • Develop and implement pipelines that extract, synthesize, and utilize data to scale quickly and efficiently

Principle responsibilities include:

  • Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user journey mapping, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Partner with management team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues
  • Work with web development to prioritize and implement enhancements to the TimberBase platform
  • Partner regularly with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning and messaging of the value proposition of the digital enhancements to ensure differentiation from competitors
  • Integrate tech stack that includes the TimberBase platform, CRM software, and UFP business systems
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement

Skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital product management or similar role
  • Experience in usability and customerfocused design
  • Passion for building intuitive digital experiences to solve customer and business problems
  • Experience with backend and frontend programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new programs and explain them to others
  • A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
  • Ability to travel
