Objectives of this role:

Drive strategies and longterm vision of the TimberBase platform to build a bestinclass digital experience
Work with management team to craft a short

- and long-term product vision and convert it to an executable strategy

Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for new features and functionalities
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with internal teams throughout the process
Develop and implement pipelines that extract, synthesize, and utilize data to scale quickly and efficiently

Principle responsibilities include:

Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user journey mapping, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Partner with management team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues
Work with web development to prioritize and implement enhancements to the TimberBase platform
Partner regularly with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning and messaging of the value proposition of the digital enhancements to ensure differentiation from competitors
Integrate tech stack that includes the TimberBase platform, CRM software, and UFP business systems
Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in digital product management or similar role
Experience in usability and customerfocused design
Passion for building intuitive digital experiences to solve customer and business problems
Experience with backend and frontend programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new programs and explain them to others
A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
Ability to travel
