    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to take charge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in our finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be vital in providing valuable insights to senior management, guiding strategic decisions, and ensuring financial stability and growth.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify key drivers of performance and provide decision-making insights.
    • Create and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
    • Collaborate with teams to gather data for analysis, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
    • Enhance financial planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and work with department heads on budgets aligned with objectives.
    • Monitor financial metrics, providing updates and insights to senior management.
    • Mentor junior finance team members to support their development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or similar roles.
    • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive process improvements.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
