    Description

    Keystone is looking for a HR Assistant to work in our corporate office in South Holland, IL Monday through Friday. 30 hours per week.
    Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Track Employee Time and Attendance files and documentation
    • Generate bi-weekly time and activities reports for payroll processing
    • Process month end staffing, quality, and activity reports
    • Serve as Primary Contact for Employee Correspondence and questions
    • Process Onboarding documentation and requirements for New Hires
    • Prepare reports and financial data in Excel and other software applications
    • Assist the management and recruiting team by scheduling, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
    • Answer and direct all incoming calls
    • Mail, scan, fax and copy confidential documents
    • Oversee, use and maintenance of all office equipment and office supplies
    • Receive and direct visitors
    • Run Errands as required
    • Other Duties as assigned
    Required Qualifications/Skills:
    • Some College Coursework, Associates Degree Preferred but not required.
    • 3 years or more of experience performing payroll and HR administrative duties.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong computer and Internet research skills
    • Sensitivity to confidential matters
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Flexibility
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Project coordination experience
    • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, and vendors.
    • Valid Driver's License
