- Compiling timely research on identified target accounts, including key titles and recent news, utilizing multiple, credible resources to ensure accuracy.
- Providing research content in an easy to consume format that helps SDRs and AEs quickly prepare for prospect engagement.
- Tailoring and scheduling complementary email communications tracks to create more personalization and relevancy between SourceDay and the prospective customer.
- Completing work in a timely manner as assigned.
- 1-2 years experience working in a sales, marketing, or growth environment.
- 1-2 years working with ICP- and persona-driven pipeline development.
- Research savvy, the ability to locate and distill relevant information from credible resources into easy to understand content.
- Tech savvy; you know your way around Salesforce and have familiarity with Outreach or similar tools.
- Naturally curious, you like solving problems and learning new things.
- Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- A good 'juggler'; the ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

SourceDay is looking for a smart and resourceful sales support professional with a proven track record of working with SDRs and AEs to grow pipeline and revenue.
Your profile
Reporting to the Director of Growth Sales as a specialist on a sales career path, you're an ace with compiling and preparing pre-sales research for prospecting outreach as well as navigating technology tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
You bring direct experience in translating ICPs to real world sales prep information that enables SDRs and AEs to have productive, quality conversations with prospective customers.
You also bring experience creating preliminary communication tracks in Outreach or a similar tool to support prospect engagement and pipeline progression.
What success looks like
This role is key to our growth initiatives and will be measured on the timely completion of lead research profiles and support to the SDRs and AEs.
You are the go-to person for equipping them with the right information that gets them into more conversations and leads to more sales opportunities.
