    What You'll Do:

    Collect and Analyze Data:
    • Evaluate performance through dynamic data collection and analysis.
    Database Solutions Expert:
    • Be the architect of data solutions, developing innovative ways to retrieve and store information from multiple sources.
    Reporting Excellence:
    • Transform data into insights - unleash your reporting prowess with scheduled and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Office software and SEQL.
    Documentation Support:
    • Your contribution matters - play a vital role in documenting current systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
    System Knowledge Management:
    • Stay ahead of the game - maintain a dynamic understanding of all systems and processes within Operations.
    Special Projects:
    • Be a catalyst for change - take on special projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
    Market Research and Analysis:
    • Be at the forefront of industry trends - conduct market research and analysis that keeps us ahead of the curve.
    What You Bring:
    • Associate's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including expertise with pivot tables and advanced modeling.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
