Completing progress notes, attendance records and all documentation/reports per agency procedures.
Assisting consumers with making choices; providing information as needed.
Responsible for maintaining consumer and program confidentiality.
Working closely with consumers and Case Manager/Supervisor to ensure appropriate service provision.
Maintaining professional relations with Regional Center employees, parents, consumers and other circle of support members.
QualificationsFluent in English, Bilingual (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)ILS specialists: 1 year (Preferred)
