Your tasks:


  • Processing and control of all business transactions of special and retail funds in the booking system XENTIS determination of daily NAV
  • Participation in regulatory reporting (EMIR reporting)
  • Processing of new fund launches and liquidations
  • Daily reconciliation of cash balances and transactions with custodians
  • Contact person (m|w|d) for internal departments, custodians, auditors and external fund managers
  • Booking and control of securities lending transactions
  • Monitoring of withholding tax claims and other outstanding receivables
  • Preparation of various payment instructions (e.g. swaps, collateral, capital calls)
  • Participation in and creation of work instructions and process descriptions
  • Examination and booking of various fund fees
  • Contact person (m|w|d) for external asset managers

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m|w|d) or investment fund clerk (m|w|d) or completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
  • First practical experience at a KVG or financial service provider desirable
  • Knowledge of securities and fund accounting advantageous
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Technical affinity desirable
