We are currently seeking a personable, energetic, professional
Patient Care Associate to join our outstanding team The Patient Care Associate is responsible for greeting the patients as they enter the practice, check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

• Greeting patients professionally, both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notifying providers of patient arrivals
• Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting thirdparty claims
• Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
• Provide excellent customer service

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Detailoriented and ability to multitask
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Ability to work at any OMNI Eye office based on the needs of the practice.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
