For our SAP HCM application and development team with 22 employees - responsible for the personnel management and payroll system "", the personnel suite of VR banks - we are looking for an in-house consultant SAP HCM PA/PY (m/f/d) with the possibility of working from home nationwide.

Your responsibilities.

You will develop digital solutions that convince for 750 customers, 3,000 HR professionals, and end users in our unified SAP HCM system.

Together with your team, you ensure the smooth operation of our SAP HCM PA/PY customer suite and continuously develop it further.

You work on projects to implement new features, patches, and release changes (H4S4).

For our extensive and unified SAP HCM landscape, you analyze and revise existing central SAP HCM processes with a focus on increasing efficiency and customer benefits.
