- Guide large and high complexity project engagements for Fortune 500 clients across projects in the Manufacturing, Logistics & Transportation, Energy & Utilities industries.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in service design, strategic design, innovation strategy, business administration, or a related field
- Digital agency experience or MBA is considered a strong asset
- Proven ability to critique, analyze, and elevate narratives, strategies, and ideas
- Expert understanding of cross functional resources and building effective teams
- Expertise in storytelling and narrative crafting to capture the attention of prospective clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong client leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to command and guide a room of C level executives at Fortune 500 organizations
- Proficient in creating personas, design principles, experience maps, ecosystem maps, user journeys, service blueprints, and rapid prototyping methods
- Conversant in the principles and practices of human centered design and design thinking, including qualitative research methods (e.
- Would expect up to 25% travel as required.

The annual salary for this position is between $128,000 and $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
