Technical Purchaser (m/f/d)

Location: OberderdingenType of employment: Day shift, full-time

Your responsibilities:

Conducting inquiries, evaluating offers, and processing orders
Maintaining master data for suppliers and materials, as well as processing and reviewing invoices in the ERP system
Monitoring, controlling, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and managing inventory
Independently searching for suitable new suppliers, especially in the area of subcontracting
Preparing and conducting purchasing and negotiation discussions, as well as preparing contract agreements

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial or technical education with further training (e.g. technician, business administrator)
Professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the field of machine tools
Excellent MS Office skills and experience working with ERP systems are essential
Confidence and proficiency in communicating with business partners via phone and email
Independent work style combined with teamwork, reliability, and organizational skills
