Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Recording and processing customer inquiries
  • Scheduling on-site and installation appointments
  • Time tracking / maintenance
  • Processing mail
  • General administrative support
  • Follow-up on offers
  • Controlling project cockpit app
  • Keeping construction diaries
  • Posting on digital media
  • Hotel bookings
  • Processing applications

Requirements:

  • Office clerk
  • Good computer skills
  • Service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently

We offer:

  • Flexible working hours within our opening hours (07:00-18:00) possible, e.g. 20 hrs./
