Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time
Responsibilities:
- Recording and processing customer inquiries
- Scheduling on-site and installation appointments
- Time tracking / maintenance
- Processing mail
- General administrative support
- Follow-up on offers
- Controlling project cockpit app
- Keeping construction diaries
- Posting on digital media
- Hotel bookings
- Processing applications
Requirements:
- Office clerk
- Good computer skills
- Service-oriented
- Ability to work independently
We offer:
- Flexible working hours within our opening hours (07:00-18:00) possible, e.g. 20 hrs./
