Job description

Irrigation Technician Role:

Irrigation system design and installation
System maintenance and repairs
Irrigation inventory
Assists with estimating
Keeps management informed by maintaining daily work orders, and submitting daily activity reports
Strives to meet or beat budgeted hours and material on all jobs, while keeping top quality consistent (incentive opportunity also available)

Qualifications/Skills:

Irrigation system design and flow rates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Industry specific knowledge on landscape maintenance and construction
Ability to use computer programs
Clean NYS Drivers license
Knowledge of eastern Long Island and bilingual a plus
Ability to work alone and with others
Positive attitude and the desire to be the best at what you do
Flexibility with helping out other teams and crews in the company when necessary
