Description
This is how the apprenticeship works at Jamestown:During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will alternate between working at our company and attending vocational school (KBBZ Halberg 2 times a week). At the company, you will primarily work in our customer service department. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about other departments such as purchasing, marketing, finance, and sales.
These will be your tasks:- Providing telephone support to our customers (pharmacies and wholesalers), from taking orders to checking availability and providing information about offers
- Handling inquiries, orders, and complaints via telephone and in writing
- Digital recording of customer and order data
- Assisting with offer creation and management
- You enjoy getting to know people, talking to them, and exchanging ideas with them
- You are approachable, a good listener, and able to understand the needs and concerns of others
- You can express yourself clearly and convincingly
- You are meticulous and pay attention to doing things correctly, such as tasks or projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good grades
