Your responsibilities at APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH:

  • Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of parking control systems, lighting, and technical equipment
  • General maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and providing information about the parking facilities in a friendly and professional manner
  • Representing the company and being available for customer inquiries on site
  • General office tasks

What you bring to the table:

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Customer serviceoriented attitude
  • Technical understanding
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) and basic computer skills, knowledge of cars is an advantage
