Dual Study Program - Building Technology
The practice-integrated study program in the field of building technology is an engineering degree program that is closely linked to work and theory phases. The Bachelor's degree program in building technology consists of six or seven semesters, in which basic and applied knowledge - especially core competencies in the field of building technology - are taught. The program concludes with the academic degree "Bachelor of Engineering".
The field of building technology covers a wide range of engineering disciplines, specifically the technical supply of buildings. Engineers (m/f/d) in building technology answer questions such as why we always have enough drinking water at home or what type of heating or air conditioning a building needs. They face many challenges and questions due to the constantly increasing demands in building supply.
From the beginning, students (m/f/d) are employed by a company. During the semesters, they study at the university and during breaks, they complete work and training phases in the company, in order to achieve a duality between practical work and academic education
