Your challenges include:

Responsibility for the tendering process (coordination, preparation of documents, and submission)
Researching potential contracts (print, online services for public procurement)
Processing and preparing submission documents in accordance with internal guidelines and meeting all relevant deadlines
Communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for knowledge of procurement law within the team (current updates, eprocurement, EU law, sharing information with the team, providing and obtaining documents and confirmations)
Creating proposals, responsible for commercial content and compliance
