    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end production of our custom-engineered industrial machines. Drive operational excellence through quality craftsmanship, supplier collaboration, and continuous process improvement.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee full manufacturing lifecycle from engineering to delivery, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
    • Supervise crossfunctional teams including engineering, procurement, and production to streamline operations
    • Uphold stringent quality control protocols for flawless machine builds
    • Implement quality initiatives based on industry best practices for continuous improvement
    • Cultivate strategic supplier relationships to secure highquality raw materials and components
    • Negotiate favorable pricing and terms without compromising quality standards
    • Explore new manufacturing technologies to enhance machine capabilities and performance
    • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to integrate cuttingedge innovations
    • Lead and inspire a skilled production team, fostering efficiency and a culture of creativity
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, feedback to develop team members' skills
    • Optimize manufacturing processes by identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks
    • Analyze production data to make informed decisions driving productivity gains
    • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations across all operations
    • Develop and enforce safety protocols, training programs, and a culture of safety

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
    • Proven operations management experience in custom manufacturing
    • Indepth knowledge of manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain
    • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on talent development
    • Strong analytical abilities to drive datadriven operational improvements
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
