Description
At one of our well-known clients in Karlsruhe, this interesting opportunity is available as part of temporary employment with the option of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for the execution of the ordering process and monitoring, as well as any provisions in accordance with the existing procedural instructions
  • You are in regular communication with the responsible (C)POs
  • You act as the interface between the departments SMO, IT, Software Asset Management, Purchasing & Controlling
  • You also create and maintain a comprehensive budget and order overview for the third-party market, including linking it with AMS (Order Management System)
  • You are (co-)responsible for the aggregated project budget of the third-party market and provide support, including briefing project managers on their project budgets, change requests, and time tracking reports
  • You are also responsible for the commercial management of external consultants (AMS / time tracking / orders / order extensions / authorizations)
  • You also handle invoice verification and approval
Your profile:
  • You have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), PowerBI (desirable), SAP (basic knowledge)
  • You are characterized by your communication skills, independent work style, resilience, and flexibility
