POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:

Perform a variety of tasks while under supervision.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Enrolled and working toward a high School Diploma or GED equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Perform assembly or other manual, file, or secondary activities.
  • Recognize quality and quantity requirements and meet goals pertaining to those requirements.
  • Work with employees in a team environment.
  • Clean assigned work area (sweep mop, scrub, paint, and basic janitorial duties).
  • Maintain an organized work area.
  • Diligently ensure that stock and finished goods are not mixed.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and/or in writing to all members of the team.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Safety: comply with safety guidelines, rules, regulations, and procedures as well as maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Teamwork: exhibit objectivity and openness to other's views; give and welcome feedback; contribute to building a position team spirit; put success of the team above own interests; support everyone's efforts to succeed.
  • Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; monitor own work to ensure quality.

  • Dependability: Follow instructions; respond to management direction.
