ESPONSIBILITIES OF A BUS ATTENDANT
START TIME 5:30AM- MON-FRI

Have to pass a drug test which includes marijuana, thc, cbc and any oils/ vapes
The person who accepts the position as a special needs bus attendant will perform a variety of tasks to help support the driver in providing safe and proper transportation of all passengers to and from school/ Day programs duties may include:

• Know the proper use of securing devices for safety restraints, wheelchairs and seat belts.
• Assist the driver in the proper loading and unloading of passengers.
• Maintain passenger discipline.
• Supervise and assist passengers in transit.
• Report any concerns regarding passengers to the driver and to the appropriate building staff.
• Learn the bus route and provide route information that includes driver directions for the best way to reach a location, for a substitute or newly assigned bus driver.
• Occupy a seat that provides the best opportunity for passenger supervision while the bus is in motion

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
