Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and aligns with organizational goals
  • Manage and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct research to stay current with educational trends and best practices
  • Recruit, hire, and train teaching staff
  • Provide academic advising to students to support their educational goals
  • Write reports on educational program effectiveness and outcomes
  • Budgeting for educational programs and resources

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, education management, and student engagement
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Experience in recruiting and managing teaching staff
  • Proficient in academic advising practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.


Pay:
$59, $71,405.20 per year
