WORK OPTION:4 days a week in the New york office


Position Summary:


This position will provide executive administrative support to senior leaders within Content Partnerships exercising a high level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, thought leadership, and responsiveness.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
  • Effectively managing an extremely active calendar of meetings, speaking engagements and additional commitments and ensure her schedule is followed and respected Identifying meeting, travel, etc. conflicts and provides well thought out solutions and recommendations
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and gateway role, creating winwin situations for direct access to leaders time and office
  • Completing expense reports in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Researching and booking detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas accurately and efficiently
  • Compiling documents for travelrelated and daily meetings
  • Accurately providing speaking engagement materials to partners
  • Booking travel and accommodations for VIP guests, etc.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies (Partners, SLT, Department Staff etc.)
  • Owns the planning and execution of team meetings where appropriate
  • Creates materials as needed: powerpoint presentations, confidential documents, etc. with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manages Department Cards for timely and accurate submission, includes accurate coding across all leagues
  • Acts at all times with the utmost discretion as it relates to confidential materials, meetings detail and content, and the comings and goings of the President
  • When possible, identifies, designs and implements department process innovations and training tools
  • Acts in a professional and ethical manner

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and team player approach
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, selfstarter
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in the team business and driving revenue for NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K teams
  • Strong analytical and research skills desired
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, execute tasks with discretion and maintain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, with little to no direction, from conception to completion
  • Curious

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range:
$33.00/Hourly
