Their Litigation practice, with more than 400 litigators, covers diverse areas: complex civil litigation, securities, environmental, energy, real estate and intellectual property.

The group handles sophisticated matters ranging from cutting-edge litigation, the development of utility-scale renewables (solar, wind, battery) and mixed-use real estate projects, complex regulatory matters, and enforcement defense, to corporate transactions.

The practice is ranked among the leading firms for dispute resolution in The American Lawyer's Litigation Power Rankings.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of litigation experience
Experience in some or all of these practice areas: complex civil litigation, securities, environmental, energy, real estate, and/or intellectual property
Superb writing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams
Excellent academic credentials
Prior judicial clerkship experience preferred
Currently licensed to practice law in California
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
