Position Purpose:


St. Mary's Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a
Schedistrar to join our
Radiology team.
The Schedistrar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.


What you will do:


  • Greet patients and administering check
- in and registration

  • Prepare charts
  • Answer multiline phone and triage calls
  • Schedule appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
  • Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
  • Create and maintain a professional, caring and customeroriented environment

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
