Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies, as well as monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overages.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards, including handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure that daytoday operations run smoothly, including overseeing floral arrangements, managing deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the shop.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of products and services meets or exceeds customer expectations. This includes inspecting floral arrangements for freshness and appearance, as well as ensuring all staff adhere to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous Experience in Customer Care/ Service
- Spanish Fluent
- Basic Floral Arrangement Knowledge
- Available to work parttime on weekends
- No students, whether in high school or university
- Sales Operations and Management
