Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team in the early stages of a recently awarded 5-year task order with multiple chances for career progression supporting EW&C (Electronic Warfare and Cyber) operations.

The EW&C program provides essential capabilities to combat present and future threats, empowering the next generation of military abilities from sensor to Soldier globally.

Your expertise is crucial as it will influence the 'online landscape' right here in Hanover, MD as part of the Project Manager Cyber & Space, Product Manager IW Cyber Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with system users, requirements owners, and developmental contractors to translate operational requirements into software designs and implementations.
Participate in planning, coordinating, and directing engineering activities for software development and integration onto various execution platforms.
Assist in software and system test strategies development and execution.
Review and assess developmental contractor software code to ensure compliance with coding and cybersecurity standards.
Provide recommendations to the government on development planning, requirements prioritization, test evaluation, and more.
Offer multi-disciplinary solution recommendations for technical issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software or systems development.
2+ years of experience in cyber, information technology, or C4ISR systems.
Experience with containers, virtualized environments, CI/CD practices, APIs, and more.
Excellent communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Clearance: US Citizenship with an active DoD Top Secret / SCI required.

Desired Requirements:

Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Experience with Risk Management Framework, DevSecOps, Linux operating systems, Agile methodologies, web services software development.
Ability to recommend business process improvements.
Other qualifications include the ability to travel 20% and work in office and lab environments.
