Description

During your training, you will get to know the different areas of the company to prepare for your professional life. You will go through various departments and gain a broad knowledge spectrum. In materials management, for example, you will compare offers and negotiate with suppliers and customers. In marketing, you will see how advertising campaigns for our trailers are created. In the human resources department, you will support the application process and get to know the other side of the recruiting process. With each year of training, your tasks will become more demanding and your area of responsibility will grow.

Duration of training: 3 years
Vocational school: can be chosen freely, depending on place of residence
Locations: Vreden, Altenberge, Horstmar, Münster
Rotation of departments every four months

Your tasks

You will learn a wide range of commercial activities in areas such as materials management, sales, marketing, human resources, as well as finance and accounting in detail.
You will manage business processes and thus get to know the entire workflow in the company.
You will compare different offers and negotiate with suppliers as a result.
You will take care of goods receipts as well as the processes of international order processing.
You will create accompanying documents for orders, invoices and maintain personnel files as
