Responsibilities:

  • Management of individual properties and rental units
  • Rent accounting and monthly reporting for property owners
  • Leasing of apartments and commercial spaces, including negotiating rent increases
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating with potential tenants, as well as drafting rental contracts and overseeing moveins and moveouts
  • Managing relationships with tenants and service providers, including handling complaints
  • Coordinating and overseeing maintenance tasks
  • Conducting regular property inspections and documenting any issues

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a real estate specialist or a degree in a related field with a focus on real estate
  • Previous experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of commercial and residential rental laws, experience with WEG (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz) is desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with potential tenants and partners
  • Ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and a high affinity for digital solutions
