Description

We are currently seeking a Shipbuilding Designer (m/f/d) for our client in Grand Detour to work on exciting projects in the shipbuilding industry.

Your responsibilities as a Shipbuilding Designer (m/f/d):

You will work on innovative shipbuilding projects
Based on the system engineers' specifications, you will develop detailed plans for mechanical equipment such as thrusters, main and auxiliary engines, etc.
Your tasks include detailed planning of the arrangement and spatial integration of components and systems
You will handle technical processing, create material lists, and production documents
You will coordinate with adjacent departments

Your profile:

You have completed a technical degree or vocational training
Previous experience in shipbuilding (detail design) is desired
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and at least one CAD system, preferably Siemens NX
You are a communicative team player
You have good German and very good English skills
