Responsibilities:

Managing the IT department both technically and disciplinarily
Ensuring the smooth operation and availability of the IT infrastructure
Planning, creating, and managing the IT budget
Continuously developing the IT strategy in alignment with the company's digitalization strategy
Developing IT concepts for optimal use within the company
Ensuring high availability of IT systems and maintaining IT security
Selecting, managing, and maintaining successful partnerships with external IT service providers
Conducting feasibility and potential analyses for digitalization 4.0 and implementing necessary measures
Advising and supporting departments in planning their IT needs and budgets

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities, ideally with previous leadership experience
Relevant experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, processes, and digitalization projects
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating and application systems
Familiarity with networks, server and client operating systems
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as a structured and results-oriented approach
Strong communication and implementation
