ENT seeks a professional individual to provide employment services to our program participants. The team member must know American Sign Language to support individuals seeking support. You will be responsible for developing work sites, travel training, and other requested services for individuals with disabilities.

We are searching for a dynamic, energetic, and motivated individual interested in empowering individuals We support our clients in achieving personal independence through career development.

You must possess a college degree, pass a criminal background, and be free of drugs and alcohol.

Also, you must have a vehicle because this position requires 25% of fieldwork traveling to various Mercer and Middlesex County locations.

• Responsibilities include:
• Communitybased job training, travel training, and helping individuals learn various job tasks at individual job sites, as well as evaluating the skills and support needs of individuals receiving services.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with employers and families.
• Work as a liaison between the employer and employee to meet both needs.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with the persons served, referring agencies and the employment community.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• American Sign Language skills at all levels
• We have flexible work hours.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Outlook) must be computer literate.

$20.00 per hour
