Main tasks:

  • Reception and welcoming of visitors/customers
  • Personal contact with visitors and customers
  • Close cooperation with service advisors
  • Providing information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with order preparation
  • Promoting service, accessory offers, and service packages of the dealership
