Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

The employment of employees is initially limited to a period of two years.

Your main tasks:

Handling and advising within the Supplementary Pensions department on legal matters, particularly in the areas of the German Civil Code, Insurance Contract Act, collective agreements (TVöD, ATV-K), fund regulations, garnishment, insolvencies, member contracts, and special agreements
Drafting, implementing, and reviewing member-related contracts and processes
Preparing legal issues and creating opinions and decision proposals
Administrative and organizational support for the department management
Assuming tasks related to project implementation
