- File Preparation: Prepare and set up files for printing and digital distribution, including preflighting, color correction, image manipulation, and optimization for different platforms and formats.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, art directors, and other team members to understand project goals, provide input, and contribute to the creative process.
- Adherence to Deadlines & Design Standards: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, follow manufacturer standards, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and production to continuously improve skills and processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, production art, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in prepress and production processes, including color management, file preparation, and output for both print and digital media.
