Deputy Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

You are responsible for leading and organizing the entire service team, creating schedules, and organizing events
This includes managing and actively supporting tasks related to cash registers, coffee shops, conferences, and special events
Your tasks also include planning, creating offers, executing, and following up on special events
You will also handle reservation requests, create cost calculations, and plan staff schedules
Additionally, you will support the operations management with projects, reports, and financial statements

Your qualifications:

You have completed training in restaurant or hotel management
Ideally, you have previous experience in the hospitality industry or possess a natural talent for it
Digital cash register systems do not intimidate you
You have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with guests
