About the Role

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone. Able to resolve conflict effectively
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, warehouse, and procurement, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner
  • Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Managing stock to ensure customer lead times are minimised and stock is allocated efficiently
  • A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working autonomously
  • Previous experience in customer service/Fulfilment or a related field
  • Logistics/dispatch experience
  • Previous experience with Netsuite is an advantage
