Hybrid position - average 2 days per week on site (Stafford, VA)_
Position Duty Overview:
- Support the program in successfully accomplishing objectives by providing support to PMO Program Managers (PMs), Deputy Program Managers (DPMs), Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs), and Assistant Program Managers (APMs).
- Collaborate directly with Product Managers to oversee the execution of complex programs, including initial concept through final implementation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Help navigate ambiguity and extract specific requirements even from highlevel information.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proactively identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle and implement necessary adjustments.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of internal and external reports and briefings, that may include program and management reviews, risk reviews, project plans, situation reports, etc.
- Create and update guidance related to Program Management processes, roles, and responsibilities, and business rules.
- Provide other programmatic support as identified.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Preferred advanced degree or certification in PMP, DAWIA PM or Level III.
- At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in Program/Project Management.
- Preferred experience supporting United States Marine Corps Programs, with an emphasis in Information Technology/Acquisition.
- At least two (2) years of experience in technical efforts supporting major DoD automated information systems (AIS) and information technology (IT) software components development.
- Demonstrated experience developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organization.
- Minimum Secret Security Clearance.
