Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages to guests with a high level of professionalism
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Experience:

Previous experience as a server in the food industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
