Our AM Law 200 firm client is hiring an experienced mid-level associate patent attorney to join their expanding national Intellectual Property group practice.

This opportunity is available only at the firm's Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science.
Minimum 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio management, freedomtooperate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis.
Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Strong academic record, along with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to excel and develop within the firm.
