This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Germany.

What You'll Do...

Collaborate closely with our growing team to expand our presence in the German market.
Oversee the overall delivery of solutions by connecting Shift Technology's technical team with clients' teams.
Participate in various stages of project sales (defining project methodology and organization, validating client requirements, developing SOW, etc.).
Contribute to shaping the internal operations of the company by implementing strategic internal projects to improve our efficiency.

What You Bring...

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are able to simplify complex concepts.
You have 5-7 years of experience in project management for IT and/or insurance companies.
Experience with delivering insurance IT projects is a plus.
Having certifications in project management, such as CAPM, PMP, or Prince2, is a plus.
